The conversion rate is 70% of the coin value (100 coins received = 70 gems earned). Gems can also be earned through platform rewards for engagement and meeting certain streaming milestones. Unlike coins, gems cannot be purchased and are exclusively earned through platform activities. The gem balance is tracked separately from coins and is visible in the creator's wallet section.
