Aioly Coins are digital tokens with no cash value outside the platform.
Chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

If unauthorized, report within 24 hours to support@aioly.com with transaction proof.
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy is clearly stated in Aioly's Virtual Items Policy and is standard practice for virtual currency platforms. Once coins are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other users, or used outside the Aioly platform. If you experience technical issues with a coin purchase (such as payment processing but coins not being added to your account), you can contact support@aioly.com for assistance. However, refunds are not provided for completed transactions where coins were successfully delivered to your account.
